How to preserve what I have bought?
The following advice can help you preserve the beauty and the long-lasting of your bamboo furniture. 1. Outdoor furniture, when they are kept outdoor during winter, should be covered with a nylon or a water –proof cover. 2. Generally clean the dust over the furniture with a brush or a vacuum cleaner before using water and soap. after removing dirt, wash the furniture with a cloth or a sponge. 3. In order to clean natural or polished bamboo, use a soft cloth or a sponge with light lather, squeeze out the extra water and clean smoothly the wood.
Choose organic or natural soap instead of tough detergent that may harm or discolour bamboo. 4. Avoid seating on furniture immediately after cleaning or when they are wet. Wet bamboo is soft and easily bent and can lose its form easily. In case that mould grows in your furniture, clean the specific area with soap and water. Use a sponge or an old toothbrush to remove any mould. Dry the area carefully.
5.to keep it in good condition as time goes by change the warn-out mats under the legs of your furniture so that it is not in contact with the humidity of the soil. 6. You should polish your furniture every 4 years using a polish suitable for teak and Bamboo furniture. (after removing the destroyed part with a glasspaper)
